599 Delaware Avenue, originally home to the US Food & Drug Administration, was constructed in 1965 and redeveloped in 2006.
When Schneider Development Services, LLC took possession of the 25,000 square foot property it was in a state of major disrepair. Today the award winning project houses the offices of Fifteen, a growing advertising and public relation agency, and Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP, a global law firm.
The building is located in Buffalo’s historic Allentown District.
