Matt brings a diverse skill set honed over a decade of experience in commercial and residential Real Estate. Matt started his career working on Real Estate development and transportation policy at the local, State, and Federal level, where he gained valuable insight into how policies and programs shape the development landscape. As the Vice President of Schneider Development Services, he focuses on identifying and executing large-scale commercial redevelopment projects and oversees the commercial leasing division. Matt has also overseen the redevelopment and ongoing management of his own residential Real Estate portfolio.
